Why Is Nigeria’s Childhood Mortality Rate So High?

Many Nigerian children suffer from chronic malnutrition, which weakens their immune systems and leaves them vulnerable to illnesses. Diseases like malaria, pneumonia, diarrhea, and measles continue to claim lives due to inadequate vaccination coverage and limited access to healthcare.
